Yes! i have finally figured out how to do konoha senpu.... for those who doesnt know what i'm talking, you can skip it... because it is a taekwondo kick...
my past mistake, did not use my full strength to jump for jumping leg (let say the left leg), and did not use full strength to swing forward my assisting leg (this will be the right leg). This two mistake will result in low jumping height and low swinging speed.
after analysing hundred's of video's from alot of sources, i realised that those beggars actually jumps very high with a single leg... then later i correct my mistake... and YET i cant get it..
Not long ago, after feeling super active, i jumped pointlessly like a stupid monkey. Twist here twist there, kick here kick there, and tried to act like donnie yen, finally i realised something... not only the jumping leg have to be strong, the other leg which doesnt jump plays an important role too!
the key is, in a standing stance facing right with left leg forward, lift up the left leg and push your body forward. This will give you a going forward momentum. Then use your left leg FULL strength to jump. At the same time! use your right leg and swing slightly outward, forward, and upward as hard as possible! the outward and forward motion will give you the twisting power needed, and most importantly the upward motion to increase your jumping height!
after that i dont know what to do alr... haha
but i think this time it will work d... the next step is for trial and error d.. and i think in the air that time, both leg have to try to keep in together at the rotational axis so that to speed up the twisting moment. then at the crucial moment, stretch out kicking leg which is the left to make a kick...as fast as possible....
yeah! peace! i should try when i go to sir's gym where it have the soft mattress there....
